Job Description: IOT Manager (Stellar)
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee the sourcing, implementation, and initiation of comprehensive IT and IoT projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, consultants, and experts for the procurement and deployment of software, hardware, and IoT smart products.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
- Support & Training:
- Provide support and training to local IT executives, staff, guests, and heads of departments (HODs).
- Ensure all users are proficient in using the new technologies and systems introduced.
- Site Monitoring:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
- Ensure all installations and implementations are proceeding according to plan and address any issues that arise promptly.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in IoT, AI, and technical project management within a school environment.
- Familiarity with day-to-day processes in IB educational institutes is highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce (CRM) and associated Salesforce-based products and applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in firewall management, cyber safety protocols, display systems, and office automation products.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Location Requirement:
- Must be a resident of Mumbai’s western suburbs to ensure ease of travel and site accessibility.
