Process of Creating Email Id for Teaching and NON teaching STAFF

  • Any Authorized person from School can send a request to ithelp@sws.edu.in  between  Monday – to – Friday for creating email id request for Teaching and Non-Teaching staff only.
  • Meanwhile ask user to sign IUAP form locally available with ICTC person and handover to him duly signed.
  • ICTC executive will/can send IUAP form to ICTC for record purpose.
  • ICTC will create Ids and send username Password every Monday to only requests id
  • Distributing of email id and password will be school responsibility.

Rules :

  • ICTC Executive can not send any request … even for reset of password.
  • All Email ids will be created once in a week. Every monday.
  • Any Request for Reset or Suspend user will also apply the same rule.
  • IUAP form has to be signed by Email user before handovering of Password.
  • In case of emergency reset or delete for email id , Please sent email with Subject line “Urgent”.
