Some of The General Do’s and dont’s for ICTC Executives and Resource co-ordinators :

  • Please keep your lunch time  fixed  and inform Admin Head accordingly.
  • Group lunch with other department is strictly prohibited.
  • You need to take oral or email approval from admin head if you have going outside school premises for either official work, lunch or even personal work during duty hours.
  • In case of inter department or intra department picnics, outdoor activities etc. ICTC has to be informed in advance for safety measures.
  • Don’t keep any monetarily relationship with any employees of organisation.
  • Personal teats , meetings etc are not allowed for inter-intra institutes.
  • You are requested not attend any vendor party, seminar or exhibitions without approval.
  • Please don’t share any personal number of ICTC executives at Central office level.
  • Please strictly follow all other ICTC policies.
