Some of The General Do’s and dont’s for ICTC Executives and Resource co-ordinators :
- Please keep your lunch time fixed and inform Admin Head accordingly.
- Group lunch with other department is strictly prohibited.
- You need to take oral or email approval from admin head if you have going outside school premises for either official work, lunch or even personal work during duty hours.
- In case of inter department or intra department picnics, outdoor activities etc. ICTC has to be informed in advance for safety measures.
- Don’t keep any monetarily relationship with any employees of organisation.
- Personal teats , meetings etc are not allowed for inter-intra institutes.
- You are requested not attend any vendor party, seminar or exhibitions without approval.
- Please don’t share any personal number of ICTC executives at Central office level.
- Please strictly follow all other ICTC policies.
